Take your pick. Most markets are depressed both here and outside the states. Not as many people are traveling these days so you can probably get a great deal anywhere you'd like to go. It's also off season in the cooler climates and that helps too. If I had the time and dough right now I'd head for Cabo San Lucas in the Baja Peninsula, Mexico.
