Falling back into depression.

I was just about to go to sleep when my friend texts me getting mad at me for not going out with them last night, then exclaiming i'm f***** lately and need to sort shit out. (Yeah thats my best friend for ya)

I've noticed this for about a month now, I'm falling back into myself. I'd rather just stay home, i'm never actually happy just that pretending to be happy so people don't start asking questions, and its like i get the impression i'm not as fun to hang out with anymore. (again from the same friend that texted me)

Back to the first part, after i got this message i actually snapped, i started shaking, crying, and hyper ventilating. All i could think of was losing all of my friends again, and honestly I can't be alone anymore, its hard enough getting out of depression the first time but being thrown back
