Uninsured car towing with tractor?

Hi
I'm 18 and want to do some off roading i want to buy a cheap range rover 4L V8, here is the problem no way in hell will i be able to afford the insurance but i only want to drive it off road it is getting to the place that is a problem.
If I connect an A frame to the back of a ferguson te20 (insurance icheaperer) and tow the uninsured range rover with the tractor is this legal? and can i park the tractor and A frame with the range rover on the public road? or do i need a full sized trailer so all the cars wheels are off the road?
The te20 weights 1250Kg and thtrailerer can be four time the weight of the tractor so the te20 can pull 5000Kg so weight wise im ok.
