KSEB Assistant Engineer Civil Empty KSEB Assistant Engineer Civil

I came to know that KSEB is in a process of converting to an autonomous body and eventually will cease all recruitments through PSC. There was 22 vacacies reported in 2009 (AE-Civil)and the written test was conducted on 18 Feb 2012. Will these vacancies be affected by the transformation of KSEB to an autonomous body? Please advise if anyone has an info on this.
