Internal Server Error after installation of 1.1.18

Hi,

The hosting company says that they support mod_rewrite and the .htaccess which was generated by the installation is okay, but i get a 500 Internal Server Error after installation.

Is there a possibility to call the website without redirects to check where the error may be?

So i cannot see nothing except the 500, and the hosting company says it is a software problem, for / and /go

How can i check if everything else is function except the redirects?
