NB 7.0 forgets server details
Hi all,
I’ve just upgraded to NB7.0..
Product Version: NetBeans IDE 7.0 (Build 201104080000)
Java: 1.6.0_25; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 20.0-b11
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_GB (nb)
I had an existing JAVA EE project which I imported successfully.. no problems there.
However, I obviously had to register the Glassfish 3.1 server in NB again ... but now I have to register the server every time I start NB, as it appears to ‘forget’ the server exists between runs.
Anyone else seen this behaviour? Anyone got any ideas why it happens?
NB was installed as Administrator, but happily saves its settings files to my user dir under the correct file permissions, so I don’t *think* this is a file permissions issue .. there are no error messages in the IDE as far as I can see, either.
